Our team hosts an Annual Fundraising Event in the fall and participation by every team family is mandatory. We will be collecting bonds for this event outlined as follows:
Silent Auction Item Bond: $75 post dated cheque will be collected from you at registration, when you submit an item for the event to the Fundraising Coordinator of equal value or higher your cheque will be returned to you. If no item is donated your cheque will be cashed.
Event Tickets: A $160 post dated cheque will be collected at registration as each family is committed to sell tickets for our event, once your tickets are sold, you may either submit the cash to the team and we will return your post dated cheque, or keep the cash and we will cash your cheque .
