Broncos Spring Camp 2020
Practices are Mon, Wed, Thur 6-8
Registration for the 2020 Spring Camp: TBA
Registration will be at the shed on St.Joes practice field from 6:30-8. Players will be receiving their equipment at that time.
There is a $50 fee for the spring camp along with a raffle ticket booklet that will need to be payed for on the day by cash or cheque. We will need a postdated $500 cheque that will not get cashed unless equipment is not returned.
Please bring your players Health Care Card and Birth Certificate.
 Spring camp runs from the end of May till the end of June.practice will be May 28th and runs until the end of June.


*******Please note equipment bonds will be collected at the registration night in the form of a post dated cheque.  These cheques will be returned to you when the equipment is handed back in at the end of spring camp. Don't forget your cheque book so that equipment can be disbursed*******

FALL 2019 REGISTRATION


Registration for the Grande Prairie Broncos will be at the practice field on Aug. 14-15 from 6:30-7:30pm. If you are new to the team, our practice field is on the road to the Coca-Cola Centre behind the Eastlink Centre in the big shed by the road.
Things you will need:

1. Your player if possible - we will be fitting equipment so we need them there. They can be fitted at first practice also.

2. Alberta Health Care Card - we need this for insurance purposes. We can't let them play until we get it.

3. Registration fees $250. This can either be a cash or cheque.

4. If a girdle needed you can purchase them from us for $40. Knee pads are required. Volley Ball style knee pads can be purchased a any local sporting goods store.

5. Equipment bond, $500 cheque not cashed and returned at the end of season once we get equipment back.

6. $100 Volunteer bond cheque. Not cashed if you volunteer once anytime through out the season.

7. $75 silent auction cheque or a new item of equal or greater value that we can auction off at our year end fundraiser.

8. $160 cheque or cash for our year end fundraiser tickets.
Our fundraiser will be October 19th.

First practice will be on Monday August 19th from 7:30-9pm then continues Wednesday and Thursday of that week then Mondays, Wednesday and Thursday's for most of the season. Once school starts our practices will switch to 6-8pm with some games on Saturdays.

 Equipment
To ensure our equipment is returned to the club, we will require collection of a post dated cheque in the amount of $500 payable to the GP Broncos.  When the equipment is returned at the end of the season your cheque will be returned to you.  
Additional equipment your player will require that is not provided by the club includes:
Girdle  
**If you do not have one, we will have girdles available for purchase for $40**
Cleats
Knee Pads

Catching Gloves 
Body Armour (Warm layer for playing in cold weather)

Our team has a program designed to give companies an opportunity to sponsor a player's registration fees .  Should this be of interest to you please print off the letter from the link below and present to the company you are approaching.   Receipts will be provided to the company directly from our treasurer.

Fundraising
Our team hosts an Annual Fundraising Event in the fall and participation by every team family is mandatory.  We will be collecting bonds for this event outlined as follows:
Silent Auction Item Bond: $75 post dated cheque will be collected from you at registration, when you submit an item for the event to the Fundraising  Coordinator of equal value or higher your cheque will be returned to you.  If no item is donated your cheque will be cashed.
Event Tickets:  A $160 post dated cheque will be collected at registration as each family is committed to sell tickets for our event, once your tickets are sold, you may either submit the cash to the team and we will return your post dated cheque, or keep the cash and we will cash your cheque .
